Awesome looking - hit or miss on function

First off the thing looks awesome. Lot of compliments on how cool it was. It does a great job keeping things cold, had ice in it even after a full days work. Only thing I'm not thrilled about is the way you open/close the thermos part. It works alright but just wasn't quite how I expected it would be and didn't seal 100%.
