Approve the jacket disappointed in transaction

Bought the jacket in response to a text from you for chance to win a PS5 etc guaranteed such n such if you spend money now! So I spent $150+ and got the jacket but nothing else including not guaranteed items! Which makes me/anyone feel like I was never included actually for the chance on the PS5 or the tries at $100bills or the tries at the tools or the other tries over the years at these “bonus” giveaways! Never won anything, and not getting the item even guaranteed, well I explained that! As I did a week ago and kept getting explanations of rules etc! I know what’s supposed to happen don’t explain that again please… but you didn’t do what was promised that’s what cause is. Don’t ask for opinions if you don’t really want them. Despite all that I still support Mike n Gina and best wishes to all of y’all! PS, I told Nicole I didn’t want the cheesy key tag down the road it’s about principle and promises broken causing mistrust. Trust is the easiest thing to loose and the hardest to gain.
