Sometimes we have order delays with merchandise when it sells faster than we anticipated or when our suppliers have delays in getting our orders to us. We try very hard to prevent this and make sure everything is always on hand and ready to ship. If you think it's taking too long, or your tracking number hasn't updated, please don't hesitate to shoot us an email and see what's going on with your order. We will always have an answer for you. How do I exchange/return an item?
Please send an email to customer service, if you need to change any sizes, colors, choices, etc on any order you have placed in the last 24 hours. If your order has already been prepared for packaging and shipment, you will need to follow the exchange processes. Please see the Returns/Exchanges page for more information. Remember we can only exchange or add to your order. We cannot cancel items. Please include your name and order number in your email correspondence.
How do I get entered?
Typically every one dollar spent on our site equals one entry towards the sweepstakes. In example, if you spent $50 - you get 50 entries. Your entries are automatically submitted and tracked through the website. Keep an eye out for entry multipliers throughout the giveaway though. For limited times we will have multipliers that give you more entries than normal. The more entries you have, the better your chances are. For example, if we run 20x Entries, that means every one dollar spent would equal 20 entries. So if you spent $50 - you get 1000 entries!
How do I know how many entries I have?
Your entries will be displayed at checkout.
When will the winner be announced?
Once the giveaway has ended we submit all entries to our third party sweepstakes company who conducts a computer random drawing. This process usually takes 2-5 business days before we receive the winner's name. Once we receive the winner's name we will let everyone know what day we will be calling. We will also announce the winner on our website and our socials.
How will I know if I won?
Mike (StreetSpeed717) will contact you via phone with the number that you provided on your order. We usually announce when we'll be calling on our socials as we lead up to the final day. You will never be asked to provide a credit card or payment as a condition of a prize award.
How do I receive the vehicle?
If you are the winner, you have the option to pick up the vehicle in person or we can ship it to you. If you choose to pick up the vehicle, we will pay to fly you out or you are welcome to drive.
Do I have to pay taxes?
Yes, you are responsible for your local State's Sales Tax and Income Tax.
I live in Canada, am I eligible to win?
Yes, residents from Canada except Quebec are eligible.
I was contacted on social media saying I won.
